Watermelon Lemonade Zest of one large lemon
In a food processor, puree the melon until smooth.
Strain the pureed melon through a mesh strainer. Stir to get most
of the liquid thru. Pour the melon juice into a large pitcher and
add the lemon zest. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk together
the lemon juice and honey until the honey dissolves. Stir this mix
into the melon juice and then stir in the water. Cover and refrigerate
till ice cold. Serve over ice and garnish with the lemon slices.
