Summer Salad
1/2 cantaloupe
(cubed)
1/2 Honeydew Melon - cubed
6 chopped mint leaves (or 1 tsp grated ginger)
1/3 cup EVOO (extra virgin olive olil)
1/2 fresh lime - squeezed
pinch of fresh ground black pepper
Dash of salt
Toss well to
blend. Chill and marinade for 15 minutes and serve.
