Lobster Roll

Two Good sized lobster tails (*usually available frozen pre-cooked)
4 Hoagie Rolls or a nice crusty Baggett which I suggest
1 stick of butter melted
1 lemon cut into wedges
Thaw and warm your Lobster tails according to directions. Melt down your
Butter in a small sauce pan. Heat your rolls or toast if you wish. Slice
the Lobster tails (shell first) into strips or shred with your fingers.
With a pastry Brush paints the rolls with the butter. Pile the rolls high
with lobster meat. Paint on a bit more butter over the lobster. Serve
open faced with the Lemon wedge. Also a green salad or Cole Slaw goes
well with this.
