Although this is a dish made with plain regular yogurt (not frozen),
I thought you might be interested in the simple healthy recipe.
3 cucumbers
12 oz of plain yogurt
A bunch of fresh dill
Salt and Pepper
Peel and slice your cucumbers (thin) set aside. In a bowl large enough
to accommodate all the cucumbers, mix all the yogurt with all the Dill
(omit the dill stems). Salt 1/2 tsp and pepper 1 tsp, the cucumbers
and toss. Add to the yogurt and dill mixture and toss until all the
cucumber slices are well coated. Serve chilled. Will serve about 6.
